lululemon Internal Communications Coordinator
In 2021 I had the pleasure of working with the lululemon internal communications team. What started out as simply assisting with ServiceNow tickets relating to the intranet, over time became a much more involved role. I was not only writing internal articles and emails, I took a leading role in our Sharepoint site creation process. Below you’ll find examples of both my writing and UI samples from the role.
UI Design
One of my favourite duties was helping teams from across the company create content for Sharepoint. They would initially come to me with a vague idea and goal of what they wanted to achieve with their site. Over the course of usually 3 meetings I would identify their key needs, build the site infrastructure, then teach them how to maintain and update content themselves in the future. This process proved so easy and efficient that I was asked to document and formalize the process for future use. Below are a few examples of sites created. Due to content sensitivity, I can only show so much.
The IDEA site is the one stop shop for all lululemon a11y information, key here was making sure all resources were clear and easy to find.
The content commerce hub acts as an archive for lululemon commerce campaigns, the focus here was organizing files and data in a logical manner. Due to sensitivity, I cannot show the file structure
The lululemon labs site was about exploration. Creating an experience that made users want to click to find out more. A minimalist design with carefully placed CTAs made this site come to life.

The other major part of my role in internal comms was that of content writer. I wrote dozens of pieces on a variety of topics from company initiatives, weekly emails, and new store announcements.
